Create A Calming & Welcoming Home Atmosphere With Feng Shui
Posted by Billy Peshke on
When you’re selling/organizing your home, you want to make it as attractive & comfortable as possible to buyers. One compelling strategy that has been gaining traction is the application of Feng Shui principles to home staging. How? Embracing Feng Shui staging techniques starts with decluttering. Clutter restricts the free flow of 'chi' or positive energy. Hence, a clean, clutter-free space is crucial. It promotes an open, spacious feel, which in turn evokes a sense of tranquillity and comfort. Natural lighting, a key element in Feng Shui, is another crucial consideration. Bright spaces are synonymous with positivity and openness. Ensuring ample natural light penetrates every corner of the home helps draw positive energy in and makes the space look…

Posted by Paul Lamba on

Edmonton's best spots to see fall beauty
Posted by Paul Lamba on
Fall splendor got off to an early start this year, with splotches of yellow dappling the River Valley as early as Labour Day weekend. A quick start likely means an early exit, so it’s best to take advantage of the colours while they last.
So, instead of watching the leaves fall from the branches outside your office window, get outside and see the beauty for yourself. Here are the 5 best viewing points in the city, in our opinion
Victoria Park hill
Near Le Marchand Mansion (11523 100th Ave.), and down the hill you can see the river valley for miles. Look down and all you can see are reds, oranges, and yellows with a view of the river meandering down the middle.
Kinnaird Ravine
Drive east on Jasper Avenue to 82 Street and turn east on…

What is a CMA?
Posted by on
One of the key tools in any agent’s arsenal is the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). A CMA is a comprehensive evaluation of a property's value by comparing it to similar properties that have recently sold in the area. Let's delve into the CMA process and its significance in helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions.
The first step in conducting a CMA is gathering data on recent sales of comparable properties. These properties should be similar in terms of size, location, features, and condition to ensure an accurate comparison. This data is obtained from various sources, including the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) and public records.
The next step is to analyze the gathered data and make adjustments to account for any…
